No hassle and no selling for you! Equity is returned to you within 90 days of vacancy of your unit, less damage fees. Upgrades are available at an additional cost to you. Upgrades you select do no impact your home’s value or your Entry Fee upon which return of equity is based, UNLESS the upgrades are approved structural improvements of which there is a cap of $50,000 which will be added to equity after 5 years of occupancy only.

Reserve Your Place at Nabotunet!

  1. Choose your favorite available lot and floor plan.
  2. Put down your $5,000 Occupancy Deposit to secure first right of refusal on that unit style and lots as available. This deposit will be applied as a credit to your Entry Fee.
  3. New construction requires signing the Residential Agreement 90 day as after Occupancy Deposit and one-half of Entry Fee to begin construction. Balance of Entry Fee is due one month prior to occupancy.
  4. Existing homes require one-half of Entry Fee at signing of Residential Agreement and balance due one month prior to occupancy.
  5. Monthly fees begin on the scheduled occupancy date or at 90 days after signing the Residential Agreement, whichever is first.

Nabotunet is part of our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), which means our members have priority access to move from level of care to another, seamlessly within our organization as needed. Having several levels of care available on one campus is an incredible benefit – it provides you with the security of knowing that if you need/want Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing Care at some point in the future, you won’t have to move to another community. Couples find this aspect of CCRC living especially important. Should one spouse need the services provided in another part of campus, the other can easily visit any time of day. This means couples can regularly spend time together socializing, dining, or engaging in activities. And, they know that their loved ones are receiving the services they need to thrive and maintain as much independence as possible.
